The court dismissed the Attorney General as a defendant (without prejudice) and the Privileges and Immunities claim, and denied the other defendants’ motion to dismiss. CourtListener’s docket shows a summary-judgment motion by the plaintiffs (2012) and a termination date of 2012-07-12.

MoDOT’s list dated September 29, 2026 (PDF created 2026-09-29, page 1) shows: ABC QUALITY MOVING LLC, USDOT 000987335, principal and mailing address 3975 W OUTER RD, ARNOLD MO 63010, status ACTIVE. The list prints no certificate number or issue date. An earlier "no record" result (2026-09-03) came from a general web search, not from MoDOT’s list. The address on MoDOT’s list (Arnold) differs from the FMCSA physical address (1365 Covington Manor Lane, St. Louis); see the address finding. A 2011 federal court order (E.D. Mo.
