Verify your mover before moving day
Already booked a moving company? Submit your details below and National Mover Bureau will check the company against official federal and state records (operating authority, insurance filings, complaint history, and broker registration) and issue a verification report.
Attach your estimate or Order for Service. It is reviewed as part of the verification.
Records are checked at the time of your request, not from a stale database copy.
One-time $5 verification fee. Payment is processed securely.
Worried about a deposit you already paid?
Many people feel locked in after paying a deposit. Verifying your mover does not cancel anything, and knowing who you actually hired is the first step in every case. Your rights depend on your written estimate and federal rules: interstate movers must provide a written estimate, and a company that misrepresented itself (for example, a broker advertising as a carrier) may be in violation of federal disclosure requirements. That matters for disputes, card chargebacks, and complaints. Verify first; then decide from facts, not fear.
