In Google's 60 lowest-rated reviews (read 2026-10-09): One 1-star reviewer (2026-06-03) says the company tried to raise a quoted price by $2,500 on move day, left without moving anything and still charged $600. Another 1-star reviewer (2026-06-09), the seller of an 800 lb aquarium that a buyer hired the company to move, says the rate was raised to $5,000 and the buyer was charged although the aquarium was not moved. Neither review shows an owner reply in the sample. A 2-star reviewer (2025-04-03) says a 4-hour estimate took more than 8 hours at double the cost; a 3-star reviewer (2025-06-05) says to expect about twice the initial estimate, and the owner replied that items were added the day before, requiring an extra truck and crew member. Two 4-star reviews (2026-07-15 and 2026-09-24) praise the crews but say billed time started before moving began or ran past the quote. The sample of 60 has 3 one-star, 2 two-star, 2 three-star, 9 four-star and 44 five-star reviews; the Google rating is 4.9.
These are customer allegations, not established facts. The company replied to four of these six reviews; in one it says items were added the day before the move, and most of its Google reviews are 5-star.
Under hourly pricing, the final bill can end up far above the quote, and two reviewers describe the price being raised on the day.
Before booking: Get a written estimate stating the hourly rate, minimum hours, when billing starts, the number of trucks and crew, and extra fees, and ask in writing whether and how the price can change on move day.

A third-party site lists a second number, MC1125834; SAFER returned “Record Not Found” for MC-1125834 on 2026-10-09. Customer reviews describe the company's own crews doing the moves, including an Indiana-to-Ohio move posted on Google on 2026-10-08.
