   Google reviewer Tricia Mattson (2018-06-26) alleges the company was going to charge twice the amount it quoted. Katie Gardner (Google, 2019-10-08) alleges an emailed "updated" estimate $400 higher less than 24 hours before the move and says she cancelled; her Yelp review as Katie G. on the same date is the same text apart from spacing, so the two platform citations are counted as one incident, not two. Conrad Beaulieu (Google, 2023-05-07) warns that the amount charged may be increased after the estimate. (2022-12-20, 1 star) alleges that items were missing from belongings stored with the company, including record albums and boxes of police uniforms, that the company did not act on his complaint, that [name withheld] promised to look into it but did not return his calls, and that he filed a report with the Hermantown Police Department. The company's response by Terri O. on 2022-12-23 says it cannot identify him from the review and asks him to call United Customer Care.
